The core of this performance contract lies in the agreement between the two parties by which GP commits to have a crew of resident engineers and technicians in the site subject of this contract. The crew activities and responsibility are to perform day-to-day operation, preventive and corrective maintenance operations for the equipment and system subject of this contract.
