South Valley Power planet

Beny Sweif is one of the giant projects in the field of the Electro Mechanical contractions for GLOBAL Company power station with a 48 MW capacity for Ganob Al Wady Cement Factory that is consisted of various installations which contained the installation of 8 Transformers 2500 KVA each and Medium Voltages panels (RMU) control panels & 1200 meters of medium Voltage Cables, 2400 meters of low voltage cables and 4500 meters of Control cables were installed. And connected to all the above, 8 caterpillar Gensets 2000 KVA each were installed .The installation was as preformed as follows.The first power station had a capacity of 24 MW and was upgraded to 48v M Watt due to planet requirements, the Factory had to install a second power station that shares the same capacity for the total capacity of the two stations together to be 48 MW by synchronizing both stations together as each station consists of 8 2000 KVA caterpillar Genset generators each generator is connected to a Transformer that all transformers are synchronized together on medium voltage scale.
